This is the only song where the piano is the main instrument of rhythm and harmony. I enjoyed playing this song, because it was my chance to show what I had learned in the years since I graduated from high school. I am still partial to guitar, but I can feel more songs springing from the keys. :)

Trying not to further the future.
Trying times ahead cannot be wished away.
The days in-between make the circle complete.
I cannot dissect the center just to achieve my goal.

and my pained anticipation the inspiration for the final outcome.
